The Curious Case of Elephant Themed Weddings

Who doesn't love elephants? If you're like me and get sucked into the vortex of cute animal pictures on the internet, you might discover the magical qualities of baby elephants, which just might be the some of the cutest things ever that might crush you.

Of course, more couples who are seeking a more exotic route for their wedding are looking into elephant-themed wedding. Corey and Lynette Perkins showcased their stunning wedding in Zimbabwe riding elephants and posing in front of the beautiful landscapes of Africa.

In the United States, the elephant is famous for being the symbol of the GOP created by cartoonist Thomas Nast in 1872. But, elephants carry more auspicious cultural connotations, especially in South and Southeast Asia, where they symbolize wisdom and happiness. Famous artist such as Andy Warhol, Norman Rockwell, and Banksy have featured elephants in some of their works.

Thankfully, here at SuperGiftPlace, we have a large selection of elephant-themed favors from candle holders to bottle stoppers and more! Surprise your wedding guests with our "Good Luck Elephant Candle Holders" from FashionCraft and KateAspen which can put a unique Indian-inspired aesthetic as well as foster a sense of hopefulness and blessing among your loved ones.

With an assortment of these favors, you don't have to ignore the elephant in the room because it's a celebration of your nuptial!
