South Beach Diet - Phase 1

Every bride would like to look her best on the special wedding day. Therefore, weight loss is a hot topic among brides. Have you heard about the South Beach Diet? It is easy to follow if you agree with the 4 principles of the South Beach Diet. We should be consuming the "right fats", the "right carbohydrates", "lean sources of protein" and "plenty of fiber".
The South Beach Diet has three phases. Phase 1 lasts for the first two weeks. You can enjoy lean meat, sea food, most vegetables and nuts.
